What is Meditation?

Many of us have the wrong idea of what meditation is. I know I did. I thought to meditate you had to be like a Buddhist monk and completely clear your mind.Through my years of study I learned there are many ways to meditate. This class will help you find the ways that work best for you.

5-session class that meets from 7:00 to 8:30 pm on Wednesdays starting on Sep 13, 2017 and ends on Oct 11, 2017. Instructor Robert Springfield.

Each class will consist of discussion and meditation practice.
